The Magic of Ireland, August 23 - 30, 2019

We spent a week exploring the southern region of Ireland, within walking distance of the Old Head of Kinsale. This region is known for its natural beauty along the beautiful coast of Ireland, the Wild Atlantic Way. We stayed at the The Old Farmhouse at Wild Atlantic Way Yoga. Each day began with yoga and brunch in the farmhouse and in the afternoon we traveled around the coast to historic landmarks, pony trekking, pottery making at the Kinsale Pottery and Art School, and a night of Irish Sessions. This retreat was co-lead by Anne Patrick and Jen Wyatt of Wander Free Wellness.
